Noodles from Long Life? Not as good as remembered

Fried Noodles with Chicken and Mushrooms $8
Giao always talks about how great this place is, reminiscing about when he used to be carbs with abandon. Sadly, in reality, the noodles were far worse than remembered. They were salty and gooey and generally not very good.
