Lettuce cups are a great meal for when you have a lot of random ingredients to use up. They are also tasty and healthy.
-2 lbs ground turkey
-1 bunch turnip greens
-1 can sliced water chestnuts, minced
-1 onion, diced
-3 tb oyster sauce
-2 tb hoisin sauce
-5 tb dark soy
-1 tb rice vinegar
-3 tb chili garlic sauce
-1 tb sesame seeds
Sautee the onions in some of the soy sauce. Add all of the other ingredients and sautee until the meat is doen and the liquid has evaporated. Serve in large lettuce leaves.
