Sausage and Mustard Greens
This was sort of a thrown together meal in which I just grabbed things from the fridge, but it turned out alright. I think the key is that if you add cheese to anything, it immediately tastes better.
-6 sundried tomato chicken sausages sliced
-1 bunch mustard greens, chopped
-1 can diced tomatoes
-1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Sautee the onions and the mustard greens together, then add the sausage and the tomatoes. When most of the liquid has evaporated, add the cheese and serve.
