-5 scallions, chopped
-2 tb chili garlic sauce
-2 tb soy sauce
-1 tb sesame oil
-3 tb oyster sauce
-2 tb fish sauce
-1 cup chicken broth
Scramble the eggs and set aside. Sautee the pork cubes in 1 tb of soy sauce and set aside when done. Sautee the shrimp in 1 tb of oyster sauce ad set aside when done. Sautee the scallions and the noodles together with the rest of the sauces, then add the chicken broth and simmer until the broth is evaporated and the noodles are soft.
