Roasted Cauliflower with Thyme and Sausages
A simple dinner that really didn't involve a whole lot of actual cooking. We cooked the sausages in the George Foreman.
Roasted Cauliflower with Thyme
-1 head cauliflower
-3 sprigs fresh thyme
-salt and pepper to taste
Cut the cauliflower into florets and season with the thyme leaves, salt and pepper. Then place in a glass baking dish and cover with foil. Bake on 375 for about 1/2 and hour. Then remove foil and bake until browned.
