Chili Lime Tri Tip with Roasted Cauliflower
Great for summer on the grill, or winter on the stove.
Tri Tip
-1 lb tri tip
-1 tb olive oil
-juice of 1/2 lime juice
-1 tb cumin
-1 tb garlic powder
-1 ts cayenne
Marinate the tri tip in a mixture of all the other ingredients for at least an hour. Then grill or pan fry on all side until medium rare.
Roasted Cauliflower
-1 head cauliflower, cut in florets
-salt and pepper to taste
-a drizzle of olive oil
Place the cauliflower in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes, or until golden.
