Lamb Chops and Summer Salad


Pan Fried Lamb Chops
-1 ts salt
-1 ts ground fennel
-1ts pepper
-4 lamb chops

Mix the spices and coat the lamb chops in the spice rub. Pan fry on medium high heat for 2 minutes on all sides.

Summer Salad
-2 summer squash, quartered and thinly sliced
-1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-1 ts course salt
-2 tb balsamic vinegar

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve.
