Garlic Prawn Salad


Simple, tasty and healthy.

-1 lb shrimp
-5 cloves garlic, minced
-4 scallions, chopped
-lemon juice
-salt and pepper to taste

Sautee the garlic and scallions in a bit of olive oil until beginning to brown. Add the shrimp and cook until just done (only a couple of minutes).

-greens
-balsamic vinaigrette

Dress the salad and place some prawns on top. Devour.
