Lunch at Frisson, San Francisco, CA
Giao had lunch at Frisson today, which is also very close to the office.
Fried Pork Croquettes with Mashed Gold Potatoes, Frisee, and Bacon Vinaigrette $12
This is dish actually used to be called "pig's feet". I guess they changed the name to make the appendage more appealing to the average bear. Giao felt tricked, as this was the second time he had ordered this dish (due to the name change). It was tasty though.
