Honeydew


Steamed Artichokes
These "jumbo" artichokes are trimmed and steamed in about 3 inches of water for around 1/2 hour, or until a leaf can be easily pulled from the center.


Garlic Lemon Butter
Simmer 4 minced cloves of garlic in 1/2 stick butter and the juice of 1/4 lemon over low heat until garlic is crunchy. Dip artichoke leaves in the butter.


Garlic Basil Shrimp
Sautee large, peeled tiger shrimp in minced garlic and a bit of butter. Salt and pepper to taste and finish with a bit of lemon juice and fresh basil.
