Dinner at Home


Garlic Basil Chicken
This was a super quick meal with very few ingredients.

-8 chicken thighs, cut in bite sized pieces
-1 handful of basil, chopped
-10 cloves garlic, minced
-1 onion, diced
-1 squeeze of lemon
-salt and pepper to taste

Sautee the onions and garlic in a bit of olive oil until soft and beginning to carmelize. Add the chicken and sautee till browned. At the end, at the lemon and basil, stir and serve.


Steamed Artichokes


The chicken, with rice, in some broth. (Alexis was still not feeling well.)
