Dinner at Home
Baked Sole
This is a cheesy and indulgent dish.
-6 sole filets
-1/4 cup mayo
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-1 onion, diced
-1 bell pepper, diced
-10 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 cup cheese
-1 large handful of cilantro, chopped
-salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 350. Sautee the onion, bell pepper and garlic until soft. Add the cheese and mayo and stir until combined. Place the filets in one layer in a large baking dish. Cover with cheese mixture and bake for 10ish minutes. Sprinkle the cilantro on top and bake for one more minute.
