Dinner at Home
A friend came over for dinner and we decided to whip up some fajitas...

Homemade Guacamole, Plain Greek Yogurt, Pan Fried London Broil
The steak was marinated in olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder and a dash of tequila, then pan fried for 5 minutes on each side (for medium rare). I let it rest for 10 minutes after taking it off the heat, then thinly slice against the grain.
