Dinner at Home


Baby Back Ribs
This time we experimented a bit with the rub, but stuck to the standard cooking method (parboil for 15 minutes, rub with wetrub, into the Ron Popeil Set it and Forget It Rotisserie Grill for 38 minutes). This time we took a premade spice rub with lots of red pepper and doctored it up with lime juice, Splenda and worcestershire. Unfortunately (or fortunately), my homemade rub was better.


Miso Soup
This time I used silken tofu rather than firm, and I think I liked it quite a bit better. I also upped the scallion to the rest of it ratio with positive effects.
