Dinner at Home
Fajitas
Low carb tortillas topped with fajita meat (recipe below), homemade guacamole, cheese and greek yogurt. Yum.
Fajita Meat
Very spicy, tender meat.
-1 good steak, thinly sliced
-1 onion, quartered and sliced
-1 head garlic, sliced
-1 bell pepper, sliced
-1 ts chili powder
-1 ts cumin
-2 ts red pepper flakes
-salt to taste
Sautee onions, pepper and garlic in the spices over low heat until soft. Add the meat and bring the heat up. Sautee just until meat is brown. Do not overcook.
