Pan Fried Lamb Chops with Garlic-Lime Brocollini
Brocollini is a great alternative to brocolli, a bit sweeter and thinner, so easier to sautee in a pan.
Lamb Chops
-garlic powder, cumin, salt and pepper
-2 lamb chops per person
Sprinkle all fo the spices on all surfaces of the lamb chops. Heat a bit of oil and butter in a pan on medium high. When pan is sufficiently hot cook the lamb chops for two minutes on each and every side (for medium rare).
Garlic-Lime Brocollini
-2 bunches brocollini, cut in thirds
-10 cloves garlic, minced
-salt and pepper to taste
-lime juice to taste
Sautee garlic over low heat until brown and crispy. Add the brocollini, season and turn heat to medium. Stir frequently until brocollini is tender. Spritz with lime juice and serve.
