Mid-Morning Snack at Kopitiam, Singapore
We still hadn't had Chicken Rice, a staple of Singaporean cuisine, so we grabbed it for take out at Kopitiam, a lunch counter where we'd had our first roti.

Chicken Rice
Boiled chicken, rice and sweet chili sauce. Not bad. I can see how this could be a great comfort food.
