Butter Chicken with Steamed Brocolli
A coworker gave Alexis an instant sauce packet for butter chicken. It basically contained spices, dehydrated milk and oil and with the addition of water and chicken, produced a flavorful thick butter chicken. Although it didn't really taste like the butter chicken we are used to eating in restaurants, it was quite good and very easy.
