Dinner at Home


Cream of Spinach Soup
The Costco FINALLY got spinach back after the whole E.Coli snafu. We made a nice, smooth soup to celebrate. For the recipe click here, but we added 1/2 cup of cream to this version.


Chili Rubbed Baby Back Ribs
These are an excellent response to wanting a tasty meal without too much cooking.
