Salmon Salad Lettuce Wraps
Sometimes salmon salad seems better than tuna...
-3 cans salmon, drained
-1/4 cup mayo
-2 tb capers
-juice of 1/2 lemon
-pepper to taste
Mix it all up and serve it in large lettuce leaves.

Filet Mignon, Baby Spinach, Tomatos, Bacon and Cucumbers with Blue Cheese Dressing
Tender filet, thick cut bacon and very fresh veggies, although expensive.
