Dinner at Home


Halibut with Pesto and Big Green Salad with Balsamic Vinegar
Very healthy and delicious. You can buy pesto if you want, but it's cheaper and better if you make it yourself and it takes all of 2 minutes to make (and freezes well).

-1 lb filet of halibut
-4 tb homemade pesto
-salt and pepper to taste

Season the fish with salt and pepper and spread the pesto evenly over the fish. Bake, covered, on 400 for 12 minutes.
