Lunch at Work

Giao's lunch:


Leftover Miso Soup


Egg Salad with Celery Stalks
Dip the celery in the egg salad for a tasty snack or lunch. Packed with protein.

Egg Salad:
-5 eggs, hardboiled and roughly chopped
-3 tb mayo
-1 tb dijon mustard
-pepper to taste
-1 ts garlic powder

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
