BBQ in Fremont, CA

We went to a friend's for some BBQing. Our meal was intensely meaty, accompanied by only grapes and sunflower seeds.

Pork Ribs
Our friend, F., made these and they were succulent and well seasoned.

Large and plump.

BBQ Short Ribs
This was our contribution to the party. We made about 10 lbs of short ribs, which we had marinated for about 24 hours.

Marinade for 10 lbs of short ribs:
-3/4 cup dark soy
-3 packets Splenda
-4 tb sesame oil
-4 tb rice vinegar
-2" knob ginger, grated
-2 tb garlic powder
-3 tb rooster sauce
