Chicken with Agretti and Brocolli in a Turmeric Fenugreek Cream Sauce
We had a bunch of leftover sauce from last night's dinner, so we made a quick sort of Indian stir fry with it.
-1 cup fenugreek cream sauce
-8 chicken thighs, diced
-1 bunch agretti, trimmed
-2 heads brocolli, chopped
-1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Brown the chicken in a pan. Add the veggies and cover. Steam for a few minutes. When veggies are tender, add the sauce. Stir to combine and serve.
