Lamb Chops and Brussel Sprouts


Quick and easy, with leftover brussel sprouts.

Lamb Chops
-8 lamb chops
-2 tb dijon
-1/4 cup peach nectar
-salt and pepper to taste

Marinate the lamb chops in the other ingredients for about an hour. Then grill for about 5 minutes in the George Foreman.
