Dinner at Home


Tofu with Meat Sauce and Green Beans
This is a superquick meal that is usually made with firm tofu. This time we had a weird tubed tofu that called itself "soft" and was very porous. We literally squeezed the water out. It was pretty good, if a bit strange.
