Lunch at Work
Egg Salad in a Lettuce Wrap
A low carb "sandwich".
-8 hard boiled eggs, shelled and chopped or crushed with a fork
-1/3 cup mayo
-1 tb dijon
-1 ts each garlic powder and white pepper
-salt to taste
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve in romaine lettuce leaves.
