Hoisan Chicken with Garlic Brocollini
A tasty chicken dish with crisp sauteed brocollini, brocolli's sweeter, bitterer, more flavorful all around cousin.
Chicken:
-1 tb each soy sauce, rooster sauce, hoisan sauce, oyster sauce
-5 chicken thighs
Marinate the chicken in the mixture of the sauces for a 1/2 hour or so. Then sautee the chicken until browned on both sides, and cooked through.
Brocollini:
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1 squeeze lemon juice
-salt and pepper to taste
-2 bunched brocollini, trimmed
Sautee the garlic in a bit of olive oil until beginning to brown. Add the brocollini and reduce the heat. Sautee until tender. Add a spritz of lemon and them season with salt and pepper.
