Spicy Shrimp and Mustard Greens with Noodles
Spicy and satisfying when served with ramen noodles.
-1 bunch mustard greens, chopped
-5 fresh peppers, seeded and chopped
-1/2 onion, chopped
-5 cloves garlic
-2 ts thai chili paste
-salt to taste
-1 lb shrimp, peeled
-6 tomatoes
-noodles, boiled
Puree the peppers, onion, tomatoes and garlic in a food processor. Sautee the puree over medium heat in a large pan in a bit of oil. After a few minutes, add the salt, chili paste and mustard greens and sautee until a thick sauce has formed. Add the shrimp and sautee a few more minutes, until shrimp is just cooked through. Serve over cooked noodles.
